- Your account manager assigned to your office will be considered an extension of our network to your business. The account manager’s role is to help your business when issues arise and to assist you in getting the most of our program. This will include introduction to other users of on the platform.
- You will be invited to attend small intimate events or large network gatherings throughout the year as to build relationships with other professionals in our network.
- You will be invited to attend entertainment events such as Atlanta Braves or Atlanta United games with other users to help build relationships.

- We will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule the best day and time for you and your staff.
- After deciding if The Injury Specialists is the right fit for your business, we will begin our vetting process to ensure you are compliant with your state bar or medical boards. Once approved, we will offer access and will schedule a full training of the network parameters.
- You will be assigned an account manager on your first day. The person training your office will typically be assigned to your business.
- All issues arising as a result of working with any network provider or special needs required of your client/patient during treatment will be handled by your account manager or our Director of Client Services.
